What Florin Plus includes

Florin Plus is the one paid plan. Your collection itself is free and unlimited on either plan.

Every coin in your insurance catalogue: photographed, in the PDF for your insurer, and in your reminders.
More Numista lookups each month: deep searches and collection imports.
More coin scans a month, if you are an early tester of the coin scanner.
Member tools: an insurer link, a family copy, schedules by location, a gain report, a monthly email, a printable fair list, a photo zip and a vote on what gets built next.

What the free plan allows

Insurance catalogue: 25 photographed coins on the free plan. Every coin with Florin Plus.
Deep searches: 3 a month free, 20 with Florin Plus.
Coins imported from Numista: 10 a month free, 100 with Florin Plus.
Coin scans: 25 a month free, 500 with Florin Plus. Anyone can scan up to 60 coins a day.

A deep search counts only when you add a coin you found. Searching costs nothing, and a coin Florin House already has never counts. Allowances start again on the 1st of each month.

What it costs

£24 a year: £2 a month, billed yearly. Saves 20%.
£2.50 a month, billed monthly.
Prices are in pounds, with no VAT added.
It renews automatically until you cancel.

Joining

1Open Florin Plus and choose Get Florin Plus. Sign in if you are asked to.
2Choose Annual or Monthly.
3Tick both boxes: the Florin Plus terms, and Start Florin Plus straight away.
4Choose Continue to payment and pay with Stripe. Your card never reaches Florin House.

If the page says Florin Plus opens soon, it cannot be paid for yet. Choose Tell me when it opens to join the queue; it is free and charges nothing.

Cancelling

1Open Cancel Florin Plus, signed in with the account you joined with.
2Read what happens, then choose Cancel membership.

The page shows Ends on with the date.

What changes.

Cancelling does not refund the year or month you have paid for. Changed your mind? Choose Keep my membership before the end date.

Changing your card or seeing invoices

1Open Florin Plus, signed in.
2Choose Update card or see invoices. Stripe’s billing page opens.
3Back on Florin Plus, choose Refresh if a change does not show yet.

If a payment fails

Stripe tries your card again. Choose Update card or see invoices to fix it.

Your membership ends and the free plan applies.

When Florin Plus ends

Nothing is deleted. Every coin stays in your collection, with its photos.
Your insurance catalogue and its PDF go back to 25 coins, which you choose.
If more than 25 coins have photos, you cannot photograph another until 24 or fewer have them.
Join again and every coin comes back into your catalogue.

Deleting your account ends Florin Plus at once, with no refund for the rest of the period. Cancel first if you want to use what you have paid for.
