How a coin gets to you
Florin House buys the shipping label, not the seller. The seller prints it and posts the parcel, and tracking is registered automatically — so there is always a record of what happened to it.
Tracking updates appear against the order without you having to ask the seller. Doing it this way is what the 45p per-parcel handling fee pays for.

Tracking is checked daily, and you are told if a parcel runs into a problem in the network.
If it has not arrived, raise it from the order — this is a dispute rather than a return, because nothing has reached you to send back. A claim that the coin never arrived is not judged until the parcel has been out of the seller’s hands for at least 3 days, measured from real despatch evidence rather than the label being printed.
