Sobre 2021 Canada Elizabeth II Bluenose, Double-dated classic design 10 Cents (texto en inglés)

Under Captain Angus Walters, the Bluenose won the International Fishermen's Trophy and became an enduring symbol of Canadian maritime skill and national pride. The defining feature of the type is its double dating, which presents both the year of the vessel's launch and the anniversary year on the reverse, setting it apart from the standard single dated pieces of the series. The obverse carries the Susanna Blunt effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, and the coin is struck in nickel plated steel. For collectors, this type offers a meaningful link between Canada's seafaring heritage and its long standing numismatic tradition, making it an appealing addition to Bluenose sets, commemorative Canadian collections, and type sets of the reign of Elizabeth II.
