This is the 2000 BU issue with a mintage of 27,546. Despite being produced in their millions and being available at face value from most post offices and banks, the ordinary business strike was a Royal Mint commemorative issue and not intended for general circulation. This design was issued in Brilliant Uncirculated individual packs in both 1999 and 2000, in the 2000 annual proof sets and in silver proof and gold proof, in both 1999 and 2000.
