This is the 1999 BU issue with a mintage of 358,991. Despite being produced in their millions and being available at face value from most post offices and banks, the ordinary business strike was a Royal Mint commemorative issue and not intended for general circulation. This design was also issued in Brilliant Uncirculated individual packs and the Annual Proof set as well as in silver proof and gold proof.
